The girls competition will start In-shaa-Allah after Salatul ‘Asr. The girls will have to draw on the sheet provided a Masjid (that actually exists, like Masjid Nabawi, or Masjid Al Haram or any Masjid of their choice) or one of the Asma-ul-Husna (from the 99 names of Allah mentioned in the Quran) or any other Islamic art. The contestants will have to bring their own drawing materials. We will only provide the drawing sheets. Contestants may look at an image and draw it (They don’t have to draw it from their memory). There are no restrictions on the type of drawing materials used. All contestants will have to complete their drawing before the adhan for Magrib is called.

The boys competition will also start immediately after Salatul ‘Asr. Children are expected to make the adhan on the microphone and time slots will be posted later once the registrations are complete. Registration deadline is Thursday, the 25th of April before Salatul ‘Isha. As usual, registrations will be honored only via the web forms and not by email or person. Contestants will be tested on the accuracy of the Adhan (all the rules of Tajweed apply), the confidence level and the melody of the recitation.

Prizes will be distributed during the dinner, which will be served after Salatul Magrib In-shaa-Allah.

Just a reminder again, the deadline for the competition is Thursday the 25th of April.  Please do not wait till the last minute to register.

See you on the 27th In-shaa-Allah. Please invite your friends and families.
